- We DO NOT have the ability for you to back a trailer into a unit. (Small fishing boat type trailers can be pushed into the units by hand)
- Be sure to store your items in plastic tubs and/or on palettes as the floors can be damp in the spring and humid summers.

I live in a condo and just needed more space. I shopped around at first, but since they were in my neighborhood, and I know it is a "safe" place I called them. Their price was one of the best around. It is not a gated area but is well lit and they just added cameras which was a nice addition. They are big and clean. Highly recommend. Reliable service. The couple times I had a "problem" or recommendation, they promptly took care of everything.
My family and I had to move out of state for a new job. I was lucky enough to be able to rent a couple units from Prairie Hill. Since we were renting a townhouse to start while we got to know the our new area and look for a new home we did not have enough space for all our things.
